As far as I know, there is no GM wheat for commercial use in the US.  There 
have been a few  hundred trials, but nothing grown for food.

I have found a few sources that say most of the wheat grown in Europe is 
imported from the US as seed.  Not sure about theses sources, however.

But it is probably not the wheat.  Maybe the processing????
