Some months back I acquired a clean, used Hasselblad CF-39 Back (not the later CFV-39) for my 500CM V body. The used price, a bit over $3K, seemed about all I'd ever be able to spend in order to resuscitate my Hasselblad system. <http://www.hasselblad.com.au/hb/index.cfm?pageID=12&prdGroup=21&subPrdGroup=23&modelID=41> It also works on my Cambo Ultima View camera. The CF-39 is 2007 technology. Yet produces gorgeous files at a small fraction of the original $22K cost. No "High ISO" performance. 400 is usable. Slow meditative photography; with a spot meter; tripod; etc. I enjoy it immensely and feel quite blessed to have the 'blad out of the case again. Back when these were first released I rented them occasionally for commercial gigs; never thought I'd be able to have one available to me on a daily basis. a note off the iPad, George On May 6, 2015, at 7:53 PM, Douglas Barry <imra at iol.ie> wrote: > Nice one George.
