I love my Rolleiflex, but between the film and chemicals costs (and the fact that it's back for repairs for about the fifth time in a year) it's no small commitment. My biggest challenge recently has been focusing it faster, which is getting tougher, in spite of the brightscreen addition. I've also overestimated DOF a lot, and my rejection rate was rather high with this round of shooting. I've learned that if I'm shooting in anything less than sunny spaces, and want portraits, I need 400 speed film and smaller apertures. (A great suggestion about a year or two ago from Mark Rabiner, which I'll heed with my next order of 120 film).
