Hi Howard,

I cringe when i see photographers holding their cameras with large heavy
lenses by the camera body and not the lens, as in the first photo.

Morning Luggers,
Yesterday I took the Nikon D4 and the 80 - 400 VR zoom with the 1.4 Series
III extender to the Hong Kong Aviary.

I shot 1200 pictures in about two hours and so have a serious editing job
ahead of me with regard to the birds.

The easier edit is pictures of the other photogs present and here are three
examples:

<http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Howard+Cummer/HK2015/Nikon2.jpg.html>

<http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Howard+Cummer/HK2015/Oly1.jpg.html>

The first two shooters are using Nikon equipment. The white lenses of Canon
were curiously absent yesterday. They used to be in the majority.

The third photo is of an Olympus user shooting with the Lumix 100 - 300 zoom
and missing some closer action beside himself.

Please look large. C&C always welcome. The bird shots will take a little
longer. :-)

Howard.
