The drama of the ice is palpable. It looks like a lonely house. No footsteps to the front door, but is that a Christmas wreath? Maybe from a long ago Christmas. Greg Brown's song, "Lonliness House," came to mind. Loney and mysterious. Nice work. It also reminds me that I do not miss Iowa winters. Burr.
