I had a hernia operation 5 1/2 years ago, and it turned out to be a very healthy year, as I also quit smoking that year and embarked on a fitness regime that today has me at the same weight as when I was 20, and probably able to do things exercise-wise that I could not do back then. So hernia was good for me :-) Cheers, Nathan Nathan Wajsman Alicante, Spain http://www.frozenlight.eu http://www.greatpix.eu PICTURE OF THE WEEK: http://www.fotocycle.dk/paws Blog: http://nathansmusings.wordpress.com/ Cycling: http://www.crazyguyonabike.com/belgiangator YNWA On 24 Dec 2014, at 07:25, Peter Klein <boulanger.croissant at gmail.com> wrote: > LUG: It seems I have a hernia.
