[Leica] Digital Dark Room Advice

I'm not sure what color my workroom is as I don't use the overhead lights.  
I don't do any printing so I don't need to do any matching.  I have a desk 
light and a window wall looking out to the archives map room, but no ambient 
light falls on my monitors.
I can see them coming.  Nice.
