As in writing with many exclamation points!!!!!! To attract attention and say Hey Look at me!!!! In the context of an image, en Epic image may be one that invokes a scene or story of grandeur. For example, when a movie shows the "heroes" walking off to face their foes, lets say like Peter Jackson's Return of the King, it supposes to say "Wow, Epic proportion!" Hope this helps :-) On Thu, Sep 11, 2014 at 5:39 AM, philippe.amard <philippe.amard at sfr.fr> wrote: > I like the photo but don't understand the references made to epic and > "epicness" (the word is not in my dictionary BTW) > > What's the link with Epic as defined by wiki ? > Epic: a long narrative poem in elevated style presenting characters of > high position in adventures forming an organic whole through their relation > to a central heroic figure and through their development of episodes > important to the history of a nation or race.
