[Leica] IMG: Quinceañera in front of the greatest City Hall in US

Actually, they are random celebrants. It's pretty big for California Latina.

In case you are not aware, the San Francisco City Hall light up with the
rainbow colors to support the equal marriage and they are doing it during
the Sochi Olympics as a statement of support.
