As far as I can see the cameras are part of their electronics division which seems to be having a tough time financially. But maybe the actual cameras part of the division does better? I think that they deserve to, since the cameras are so cool as you said! Both Fujifilm and Olympus seem to be on top of their game in the mirrorless sector. It seems that this segment does best in Japan and less well in USA for example with customer preferences. There's an interview in DPreview.
