About 1-1/2 years ago Tanya slipped on some wet leaves on our driveway, put out her hand to brace herself and broke her wrist badly. She got an extremely elaborate and impressive looking external brace, holding things in place with many screws. About the time I had my second knee replacement, so we were both useless. Then just before New Year, she slipped on a slimy wet wooden wharf and cracked some ribs. At least she didn't have time to brace herself with her now mended wrist. It's now been a month, so she's mostly pain free, but it certainly was no fun. No cameras were injured in either incident, but as you get older both your sense of balance and recovery aren't as good, so it pays to be careful. As I was taking photos of her and the grandkids at the time of the second incident, I did catch a picture of her just after she fell and before I realized that she had injured herself, but I better not post it. All the best to you! Henning On 2014-01-29, at 12:16 PM, Tina Manley <images at comporium.net> wrote: > PESO: > > It snowed in Charleston, SC, last night and this morning.
