This hating the world to ease the departing only makes us waste the good times yet to come! There is crappy stuff all around and has been since before we got old enough to notice it -- forever. Improve what you can, try to avoid the rest of it bringing you down too hard. Find hope and fun where you can--preferably in the here and now not the past.
