Hence the discussion on the future direction of the yearbook (-1) that I would have not otherwise started... (-2) which was in no way meant as a criticism of Jim's effort (+1) or past editorial decisions about the book (+2) nor meaning to imply in any way that Brian (+1) nor Geoff (+1) are incapable of doing the project without my input.. Not sure if that is a +1 or -1 statement... My offer to coordinate it (now or in the future) or help with it still stands, (I'm proficient in InDesign) but I am not offended if I'm not asked to... The book, after all, belongs to the LUG.... I've heard both Brian and Geoff volunteer to follow in Jim's footsteps and continue the LUG Yearbook tradition. Whichever and whomever takes on this time consuming labor-of-love earns the right to edit all aspects of the project as they see fit... just as Jim did before them.
