Those interested in the Sony A7R might like to see this review:

It looks like the Sony/Zeiss 35 is a very good optic.
The Sony sensor seems to do very well in the central regions.
The Leica M 240 seems to have done a better job on the corners.
The adapter quality may be a problem.
We're obviously pushing the limits with these cameras.
