Sometimes my eyes stop focusing on my computer screen, like they have just gotten tired of focusing at that distance. I?m nearsighted, and without my glasses, my eyes focus easily at about 8 inches from my eyes. What has been problematic for me is that my eyeglass prescription seems to change one way or another from year to year. Right now, I?m wearing 2004 eyeglasses because my 2010 eyeglasses won?t let me focus well indoors (and those are trifocals, without lines). You?ll hate this suggestion, but autofocus on a Fuji mirrorless camera is the great equalizer for people with eyes over the age of 60. Be glad that you aren?t suffering from loss of central vision, which would be terrible in any case.
