"High Concept" seems to be a term that covers too much ground IMHO, somewhat 
ambiguous, I think.  She has a very large body of work.  Some of her 
creative approaches work for me, personally, many do not.

BTW, some of the best work I have ever seen has left me "cold" and even 
disgusted.
