But the results at iso 1600 were a bit worse than film iso 1600 noise wise unless I took extra noise out dulling out the fine detail. So I was able to set it so it would top out at 800 instead if I was doing more important work. I'm betting as the software gets better I'll be able to get fuller use of all those DX files I exposed at iso 1600 with those cameras. Since before 22 October 2010. That's when my world went from iso 800 to 6400. Which sounds huge but is really only a three step jump. On 6/7/13 11:13 PM, "Richard S.
