Bob I know that you helpfully provided your own list of pluses and minuses
as relevant to you. I was originally planning to do the same. I still have
not handled a new camera,
In the traditional metering mode is the camera not going to meter in
exactly the same way as the other except that the dynamic range of the
system may vary? In other words you drive it with exactly the same
understanding of what the simple metering does.

In Liveview is the camera not going always going to operate with some
perceptible delay just as all of the pro dSLRs do too except minus the
mirror operations?
I've played with Liveview on my Nikons and have found it a usable
substitute for the precision of proper manual focus screens when shooting
in very close (flowers for example). I thought maybe an f.2 adaptor might
be worthwhile to try on the M as I have the Zeiss 100 macro
I keep thinking that this is an M that also has a limited means of using
the R lenses much more than an R10 substitute. It was never going to be a
dSLR. Stefan Daniel said that as far back as mid-2009.
