FAA has a basic price for every size and treatment, then you can add anything you want on top as profit. I'll probably experiment with that quite a bit. I just added $50 to every size so far except the cards and that's only a couple of dollars. They only charge $30 to join and you can add as many photos as you want. Seems like a bargain so far!
