You have to get the picture first before the quality comes into question!

I tend to gravitate towards systems that help you get the picture in the
first place - low light capabilities and fast autofocus are far more
important to me than the last 10% of final picture quality - as I mainly
tend to shoot wildlife and street where both those qualities are important.
I find I can print quite effectively up to A2 size with "inferior" systems
and lenses. Anyway if you stop down the Leica M lenses to f5.6 or f8 for
hyperfocal shooting then they are no better or no worse than other
"inferior" makes at the same aperture, so you might as well use native
lenses on camera bodies for ease of operation.
