Photoshop express lets you take a picture,  then enhance, crop,
straighten, rotate, flip, adjust, change the exposure, adjust brightness,
contrast,m  hue, saturation, tint and temp.

You can make it Mono, then colorize, turn it into a sketch, soft focus it,
sharpen it or reduce noise.

You can add effects, remove red eye, and add borders; then you can post it
directly to Facebook, email it, tweet it or stick it on your Tumblr all
from the iPhone.

I think it is free too.
