I was there a few years ago and had no trouble at all. Interestingly I did 
have a screw work loose on my Leica and was taken to a repairman who treated 
the M6 like a rare antique and refused to let me pay anything saying that it 
was an honour to work with a Leica.

You will enjoy the trip but be prepared for heavy air pollution, and you 
will need lip salve.
