Nathan,

When I've started with the M8 I had the same complaint as you, now I'm used 
to have spots when I photograph a blue sky, but for my style of photography 
rarely the spots are visible. Now I clean the sensor two or three times at 
year, I've never used LR, but with Capture One Pro you can clean the spots 
up to 100, I can do this quite fast.
