But, I most always shot my hasselblad hand held, as the circumstances I was in were not really friendly to tripod use. To this day, I would rather shoot my Hasselblad hand held then my D3. What are your problems hand holding it? -----Original Message----- From: Chris Crawford Sent: Thursday, March 21, 2013 11:41 PM To: Leica Users Group <lug at leica-users.org> Subject: Re: [Leica] Bought a Mamiya 6! Nothing wrong with Tri-X, its my favorite 35mm film. Before I got the Mamiya 6, I rarely shot it in 120 size, since my Hasselblad isn't very easy for me to handhold. Since I used it on a tripod, I tended to use slower films. I used Tmax 100 for many, many years but I've been using FP4 lately. I got some 120 Tri-X for the Mamiya 6 since I can handhold that camera, and the extra speed helps since the light isn't too bright here in Indiana on the overcast days I prefer. I never really liked Plus-X, which I know if heresy to many, but like I said, I really liked, and still do like, Tmax 100 and I've been using FP4 a lot lately because it is GORGEOUS in PMK, as is Tri-X. -- Chris Crawford Fine Art Photography Fort Wayne, Indiana 260-437-8990 http://www.chriscrawfordphoto.com My portfolio http://blog.chriscrawfordphoto.com My latest work! http://www.facebook.com/pages/Christopher-Crawford/48229272798 Become a fan on Facebook On 3/22/13 12:21 AM, "Bill Pearce" <billcpearce at cox.net> wrote: >Really, what's wrong with Tri-X?
