I bought my M8 4 months after they hit the stores, bought the 2 extra batteries with the M8. I guess I have gotten my moneys worth out of them. If you paid $15, which is more likely, then you would have been ahead with the $120 battery. No brainer: get the genuine one. P.S. I had to pay $135, if I remember correctly.
