[Leica] M9 & 64gb SD problem

I'm not really a proponent of constantly formating. If a card really needs
it, you should replace it altogether. Similarly for this format it in the
device that uses it idea. Sounds like a cyber myth without any science
behind it to me. The correct format is decided by the SD consortium.  Every
device using them has to conform, otherwise your PC/MAC/Linux machine
wouldn't be able to do any i/o.
