When what it means is determined by lists of camera traders who design software during the week who do not have the slightest interest in the art world but only a scathing suspicion of it. And that fact that certain machine printers which makes inkjet or Digital C-prints have a category which is "fine art prints" which cost more and when they make one for you than you think you have a fine art print. You don't. A fine art print is not in the untouched by human hands or eyes category. Those are machine prints. Walgreens makes them. They cost a few buck. But involve a give and take between the photographer and the printer. But in 99% of the time are just done by the photographer.
