Mine was made in 1938, and has an uncoated Tessar lens. I still have it, but it needs the shutter CLA'd, and I haven't had the $$$ to get it worked on. It made very sharp images with a unique tonality (from the uncoated lens). -- Chris Crawford Fine Art Photography Fort Wayne, Indiana 260-437-8990 http://www.chriscrawfordphoto.com My portfolio http://blog.chriscrawfordphoto.com My latest work! http://www.facebook.com/pages/Christopher-Crawford/48229272798 Become a fan on Facebook On 10/10/12 11:57 PM, "Jayanand Govindaraj" <jayanand at gmail.com> wrote: >Have fun: > >www.economist.com/blogs/babbage/2012/10/photography > >Cheers >Jayanand > >_______________________________________________ >Leica Users Group. >See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for more information
