My first medium format camera was one of those prewar Rolleiflex Automats
mentioned in the article. Mine was made in 1938, and has an uncoated
Tessar lens. I still have it, but it needs the shutter CLA'd, and I
haven't had the $$$ to get it worked on. It made very sharp images with a
unique tonality (from the uncoated lens).
