You can take all you want with no ill effects but it tastes terrible in 
large amounts and overpowers a smoothie. Better to take Cur-cumin which is 
the beneficial part of tumeric and much more concentrated. I take it 
regularly and cannot say it works all that well, but it cannot hurt you and 
may work wonders for you. It is also loaded with antioxidants. The claimed 
benefit is that it is a natural anti-inflammatory.

First, thanks to all who recommended this supplement. Some questions:

1. How much does one take and when?
2. What benefits are claimed?
3. What benefits have you actually noticed?
4. Over what period of time did the benefits occur?
5. Possible side effects? ( eg indigestion on empty stomach)
