Better to take Cur-cumin which is the beneficial part of tumeric and much more concentrated. I take it regularly and cannot say it works all that well, but it cannot hurt you and may work wonders for you. It is also loaded with antioxidants. The claimed benefit is that it is a natural anti-inflammatory. ? Some questions: 1. How much does one take and when? 2. What benefits are claimed? 3. What benefits have you actually noticed? 4. Over what period of time did the benefits occur? 5. Possible side effects? ( eg indigestion on empty stomach) Yr gullible acolyte, LS _______________________________________________ Leica Users Group.
