Eight PC's?  Well, that is it then.  What did you think the seven stood for
in Windows 7?  Please let me know if I may be of further assistance.

Ken it may well be some security setting within IE9 or possibly my AV
software. However I have last count 8 PCs in this house running Windows 7
(Premium, Pro and Ultimate asstd ) and IE9, all of which do this. I suspect
that the MS/ Adobe frenemy relationship may be involved.. However I don't
need the aggravation of tracking down what setting variation is the culprit.
A PDF is not exactly an exotic file type. I can't control whether websites
comply with MS standards and the Gallery software is a constant (or rather I
am not competent with re-configuring it if possible/needed).
