I lost an important file that I had backed up to A.N. OTHER service. The service does auto uploads of files when they are altered. Because of the way that the system described itself I assumed that I would be able to go back and retrieve copies older than the current one. My file got corrupted. The system uploaded the corrupted file as "changed". I tried to retrieve it only to find that the stored version too was corrupted. So I contacted user-support: "Oh no Sir we haven't implemented historical backups yet".... I am trying to re-construct it.
