I use it rarely though, Having a system that JUST WORKS, no bullshit, makes the high price worth every cent to someone like me who uses the computer as a tool for my photography and graphic design business. My time is money, and fighting windows is a waste of time and money. I used Windows up through XP and had nothing but trouble. I think Windows 7 is a much better system than the versions that made me switch to Mac, but having thousands of dollars in software for the Mac, the savings in buying a cheaper Windows computer would be lost by having to replace my software. -- Chris Crawford Fine Art Photography Fort Wayne, Indiana 260-437-8990 http://www.chriscrawfordphoto.com My portfolio http://blog.chriscrawfordphoto.com My latest work! http://www.facebook.com/pages/Christopher-Crawford/48229272798 Become a fan on Facebook On 8/13/12 2:01 AM, "Frank Filippone" <red735i at earthlink.net> wrote: >There is a less expensive solution...... > >Windoze..... > >But you knew that..... > >Frank Filippone >Red735i at earthlink.net > >When I got 8 gig of RAM in two 4-gig sticks for my Mac Pro last year, they >were nearly $300.
