The other is that there have been no serious 24x36mm cameras made with a CCD in a decade other than the M9. If you want CCD now you'll be shooing a point and shoot or medium format. When the M9 goes to CMOS that will be the last one. If there was something notably magical about a CCD sensor a camera company would offer a DSLR body with a CCD sensor costing a lot more and sell it like the Leica Monochrom.
