The vet did say that the other one that died that the tumors are likely benign. She wasn't suffering but had lost quite a bit of the motor control, especially in the last few days. Our daughter has a friend that has many pet rats and she recommended that we euthanize her because she said rats tend to linger for quite a few days and suffer while they are dying.
