As you know, both it and the X100 are very Leica-like, though quirky as hell. Oh, wait, I just said they're very Leica-like, didn't I? :-) Seriously, my only complaint with the X1Pro is the focusing, and even that is getting to be less of an issue every day. I totally agree BD, you have really taken to it, so have I....I have used it in preference to my M9, which I may sell. My daughter without knowing that I am using a different camera has even commented favorably on the current photos looking especially special... performance is wonderful, look of photos is spectacular, High ISO performance wonderful as it should be, and shooting lag is not an issue, occasionally very slight, it's acceptable, and it is certainly faster than using manual focus in the dark on an M9.
