By age 60, his body was like a '57 Chevy with 500,000 miles on the odometer. None of us dared to tell him that needed to exercise more. He needed a rest. So he read a lot in his last years. I bought him a book on the Titanic sinking, and he stayed up late into the night reading it. Sure, if he exercised after age 90, he might have hit 100.
