I agree with Nathan and others regarding Flickr, but also with Jim who
suggested the Olympus list - indeed there are many other LUGgers who also
subscribe to the Olympus mailing list (Nathan for one!). 

Don't be put off by Jim's warning that the responses can be frank - that is
an advantage, IMO, and it seems to be what you are looking for (and what
Flickr will not provide, I suspect).  As is the LUG, it's only a mailing
list, so you need somewhere to post the images, and the LUG Gallery is just
fine for that.

In order to post to the Olympus list, you have first to subscribe, for which
the webpage is
http://lists.thomasclausen.net/mailman/listinfo/olympus

And there is no objection to non-Olympus users, I can think of N and C
aplenty.

Tina's photos are too good for Flickr. 

The user interface is horrible, to the point that I sometimes avoid Flickr
sites altogether.
