It goes on for three days, with hundreds of reenactors, a large flea market, meet-and-greets with actual war heroes, a live big band dance, etc. You could easily walk away from the event and never know that millions died during the War. Welcome to the Disneyfication of History, or, how could I fail to love an event where FDR walks out of his car and up onto the speaker's platform, sans wheelchair, crutches, or Fala.
