Or if the MM cost $5000 at most. Since neither is true, it makes no sense, as even if the M10 will only come out in 2013 (and who knows, may be it will be here by end of 2012), it will almost certainly have at least 24 MP, clean ISO 6400 (because these two features are no longer state of the art latest tech) and likely stay around the $7000-$10000 price mark (otherwise, they will have to maintain the M9P line) at at that spec, the M10 converted B&W could not be far off from the MM. No doubt some purists will want the MM for its acuity but as Henri says, "Sharpness is a Bourgeois Concept."
