Injections, acupuncture, etc. Here doctor was a quack, and we all knew it. Finally we convinced her to see a neurologist, and in 5 minutes diagnosed it as a disk problem in her lower back, where she had no pain. So, a nerve injury can cause pain in a location further downstream from the injury and you would not suspect it to be in your back or sciatica.
