I have used http://www.pando.com/ for up to 1 Gigabyte uploads that other 
people can download.  It's free and almost free of ads.  I use it to 
download Old Time Radio shows....Maurice
  P.S.  I use inmotionhosting.com for my little site although it has as lot 
of features that I don't use.  I think they have an inexpensive option too.
