Its called cranking up the noise reduction luminance and color sliders until
the image is turned into mash potatoes.
Its good to still have a faint feeling of grain or noise still remaining in
the picture. They will insure you'll still have some core detail remaining
in the picture. Otherwise all you've got is mush.
