I changed the description to say that, because a few people have asked about it. This is a REALLY redneck neighborhood. You see a lot of jury-rigged things like that in this part of the city. I live in Waynedale, which is also a very redneck area too. I'm used to stuff like that, I grew up around it. I'm the 7th person in my family's history to graduate from high school, so I am basically overeducated white-trash.
