Shooting for the first time I missed a couple of shots early on but I think that was more to do with having the right pressure on the button and/or the lens not being in focus because I was unclear about the focus spot. certainly my first few frames were out of focus which I am 100% sure was operator error. Once I had gotten used to things a bit more there was a very limited amount of shutter lag, nothing which bothered me. Please bear in mind I have only taken about 40+ shots, and I was under a bit of pressure at the time, so I was not paying too much attention to camera niceties.
