When I first saw it by the fish market, I made an iPhone photo and thought they meant they'd peed their pants because of spring (not me for sure, been down for four weeks with a sinus infection. Now on my second round of killer antibiotics, I think these would deal with anthrax or whatever bio-terror disease comes along.) I'm not sure double entendre is in play here but I will ask the girls.
