Subject: [Leica] or just use graphite

There are a number of artists doing work like this now, which is a welcome
change from the last 30 years of postmodernist garbage by artists who
insisted that the ability to draw and paint is not important for artists
who make drawings and paintings.

I remember being blown away about 10 yrs ago by an etching at a
printmaking exhibit here in Fort Wayne. The print was quite large, around
20x30 inches, and looked like a photograph. You had to get right up to
within nose-touching-glass distance to see the tiny little crosshatch
lines that made up the drawing!
