That camera had a lot of issues; like the Leica M8, it was really not a truly finished product and it required knowledge of its limitations, but like the M8 it gave incredible images when you jumped through the hoops. It had incredibly beautiful, naturalistic color. I have a Canon 5DII now and am constantly amazed at the color images I am getting with it. http://tinyurl.com/14ncolor1 http://tinyurl.com/14ncolor2 http://tinyurl.com/14ncolor3 The links above were shot with the old Kodak 14n.A fairly early d-SLR by todays standards. -- Chris Crawford Fine Art Photography Fort Wayne, Indiana 260-437-8990 http://www.chriscrawfordphoto.com My portfolio http://blog.chriscrawfordphoto.com My latest work! http://www.facebook.com/pages/Christopher-Crawford/48229272798 Become a fan on Facebook On 3/15/12 3:18 AM, "Frank Dernie" <Frank.Dernie at btinternet.com> wrote: >What a spectacularly ridiculous statement. >IMO. >FD > >On 14 Mar, 2012, at 21:58, Kay Yang wrote: > >> Digital color is just ugly. > > >_______________________________________________ >Leica Users Group. >See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for more information
