Not a bad way to go, really.  Just like Nelson Rockefeller.  Almost as 
good as my best friend, out in a duck blind at dawn - flight comes over, 
he stands up and raises his shotgun and drops dead of a heart attack.  
Whatever, take care of yourself, George, maybe not take up duck hunting 
for a while.....
