I asked about that on the Adobe forum and they said you can rename them but
there is no reason to do it.  I will rename mine after I zip the old ones
and move them to storage.  So far I have had no problems except some of the
tone curves I had saved as presets do not work - the reversal ones for
negatives in particular.  It's easy enough to redo them and save as new
presets, though.
