I am doubtful I'll have trouble buying some. There will be at least one small company possibly in Croatia making some in small amounts. But I'll be shooting with it very reservedly. Almost every time the shudder goes off people will end up seeing it. As I'll be uploading it. Printing it even. I'll even process it myself it tanks or trays or let a pro lab do it. Maybe it will be C-41 process Color neg. which might get in the end a monochrome treatment. As if I had shot black and white. -- Mark R. http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/lugalrabs/winterdays/ > From: Lottermoser George <imagist3 at mac.com> > Reply-To: Leica Users Group <lug at leica-users.org> > Date: Wed, 15 Feb 2012 18:30:54 -0600 > To: Leica Users Group <lug at leica-users.org> > Subject: Re: [Leica] The final gasp of MF film? > > > On Feb 15, 2012, at 6:28 PM, Dante Stella wrote: > >> Considering that most large format film has ceased production, medium is >> the >> new large. > > yup - that's why included the smiley. > > I haven't even looked for sheet film in over 5 years. > Still have some in the freezer. > Don't know if it will ever see "the light." > > Regards, > George Lottermoser > george at imagist.com > http://www.imagist.com > http://www.imagist.com/blog > http://www.linkedin.com/in/imagist > > > > > > > _______________________________________________ > Leica Users Group. > See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for more information
